Prior to wiring any funds to Watersound Closings & Escrow, LLC, please call our office using contact information provided from an independent source, such as your real estate agent, you lender, or the internet, to verbally verify all wiring instructions.
Any funds in excess of $1,500.00 must be delivered to Watersound Closings & Escrow, LLC via wire transfer. We do not accept cashier’s or personal checks over $1,500.00. We also do not accept ACH transfers, and any such transfer will be rejected by our bank.
Wire instructions will be sent upon request. We are not responsible for any wires sent by you to an incorrect source.
